Let balance be your guide. My private one-on-one yoga & wellness practice sessions are ideal for anyone looking to reset, restore, and rejuvenate, while building strength, balance, and flexibility. Our sessions will meet you where you are, helping you to set a short-term wellness goal, find your balance, mind clarity, boost confidence and more! I offer 90-minute sessions, which include wellness enhancement centered around building skills to support cardiovascular health, muscle toning, and bone development through active yoga practice, stress management through restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation; and overall wellness centered on changing personal behaviors. You will learn basic to intermediate yoga, contingent on your comfort level and needs.

Each private yoga practice is designed to meet you where you are and gently guide you to your desired practice.

• Design and implementation of a sustainable wellness lifestyle behavior plan.

• Chair yoga (when needed for support)
• Personal one-on-one practice.

Each session will meet you where you are, starting with setting an intention for your yoga & wellness journey, intentional breathwork, slow flow yoga practice, mindfulness activities and ending with restorative yoga.
All personal yoga sessions are by appointment only and offered in a private facility at Nourish Health Center, 4666 West Jefferson Blvd, Suite 170 Fort Wayne, IN 46804.
Individual: $60/session (90-minute session)
Meeting once a week for 6 weeks (more often if desired)
Meeting 1-2 times a week for up to 12 weeks.
Group: Bring a friend to practice with you (2 people): $45 each person (90-minute session)
Meeting once a week for 6 weeks.
We can work on mindfulness meditation activities to help you reduce stress, improve focus, and achieve a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. We can work on this with wellness coaching sessions or with a Private Yoga & Wellness practice.
We can work on career coaching together to help you identify your strengths and passions, and develop a plan to achieve success in your professional life. I will help you overcome obstacles and achieve your career goals.
As a relationship coach I will help you learn new skills to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and achieve greater intimacy and connection in all of your relationships.
I use a positive psychology approach to focus on developing positive emotions, relationships, and meaning in life. I will help you cultivate greater happiness and wellbeing in all areas of your life.
